God placed Only Imagine on my heart in the summer of 2008. I felt a pull to open a place where dance and art would be available to everyone. I have tremendous love and passion for working with people with special needs and I wanted a place where they too could come and feel free to express and create.
Dance has been a part of my life for more than 35 years and I have studied various styles including: ballet, tap, jazz and modern as well as cheerleading and tumbling. I attended Clemson University where I obtained a Bachelor of Fine Arts with a concentration in Photography and a minor in Psychology. Through all of this, dance always remained a constant, I continuously took classes and then began teaching after I graduated from college.
My goal for Only Imagine is to provide an environment where students feel welcome & loved while growing and thriving in an artistic place. I also want people to sense the presence of Christ in our studio or even in the mention of the name Only Imagine, for He is the reason that OI exists and continues to grow to this day.
