An acrobatic sporting discipline with skills of artistic gymnastics. Students are taught proper stretching techniques, as well as, cartwheels, handstands, bridges, front and back walk overs, balance beam, back flips, splits and aerials. This is a great class for conditioning and to enhance your dance and/or cheerleading experience.


Required attire:  gymnastics leotard or soft stretchy pants or shorts, and tank top.
